PAYMENT POLICY
Our payment policy is designed to ensure a smooth and transparent process. A non-refundable consultation fee is required at the time of booking your initial appointment, which will be applied towards your total project cost if you choose to proceed with our services. Upon approval of the design plan, a 50% deposit of the total project cost is due before any work begins to secure your booking. For larger projects, progress payments may be required at different stages, as outlined in your personalized project timeline. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the project, after the final review and walk-through to ensure your satisfaction. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal, with cash payments available upon request. All invoices are due within 15 days of receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, and late payments may incur additional fees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled start date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, while cancellations made more than 7 days in advance will receive a full refund of any progress payments made, excluding the initial consultation fee. Any changes to the original design plan after approval may incur additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding. CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for both parties. Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled start date will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable initial consultation fee. If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, you will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional fees for any work already completed or materials purchased. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss alternative dates. We strive to accommodate changes where possible, but rescheduling within 7 days of the start date may incur additional fees. Any changes to the original design plan after approval may also result in additional costs, which will be communicated and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
