PAYMENT POLICY

Our payment policy for wedding videography is designed to provide clarity and flexibility while ensuring a seamless experience for our clients. Upon booking our services, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due on or before the day of the event. We offer flexible payment options, including credit card, bank transfer, or cash, to accommodate your preferences. Additionally, we provide detailed invoices outlining the services included in your package and any additional charges, ensuring transparency throughout the process. In the event of any changes to the scope of services or scheduling, we require timely communication to adjust payment accordingly. Our goal is to make the payment process as convenient and stress-free as possible, allowing you to focus on enjoying your special day while we capture every moment with care and professionalism.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Understanding that circumstances can change unexpectedly, we have established a cancellation policy for our wedding videography services that aims to be fair to both parties involved. In the event of cancellation, we require written notification as soon as possible. Upon cancellation, the non-refundable deposit paid at the time of booking will not be returned, as it serves to secure the date exclusively for you, and potentially prevents other clients from booking our services for that date. Additionally, if the cancellation occurs within a certain timeframe before the scheduled event (typically 30-60 days, depending on the agreement), a portion of the remaining balance may be refundable, with the exact amount specified in our contract. However, if the cancellation happens within a short period before the event, the full remaining balance may still be due, as it may be challenging to rebook the date on short notice. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we strive to handle cancellations with empathy and flexibility while also upholding the integrity of our business operations.
