Confirmation: A booking confirmation will be sent via email or message once the deposit is received. This confirmation will include details of your appointment, the balance due, and any other pertinent information. CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us at least 7 days in advance to avoid any additional charges. Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total service fee. The booking deposit is non-refundable, but it can be applied to a rescheduled appointment if rescheduled at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling Policy: We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 7 days prior to your original appointment date. Rescheduling within 7 days of the appointment may incur a rescheduling fee of 20% of the total service fee. Additional Charges: Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service area. The exact amount will be communicated during the booking process. Any additional services requested on the day of the appointment, such as extended designs or extra guests, will be charged accordingly. Gratuity: Gratuity is not included in the service fee and is at your discretion. If you are satisfied with our service, tips are appreciated.
