PAYMENT POLICY

Our payment policy for Mehandi services entails a non-refundable booking fee to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance due on the day of service, payable via cash, credit/debit cards, or electronic methods. Cancellations must be made at least 25 days in advance to receive a partial refund of the booking fee, and any additional services requested on the day will incur extra charges. For events requiring travel outside our designated area, a travel fee may apply. While gratuity is not obligatory, it is appreciated. Please review and acknowledge our policy before confirming your appointment, and feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy for Mehandi services is simple: if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so in advance to receive a partial refund of the booking fee. However, if you cancel closer to the appointment date, the booking fee will be non-refundable. We understand that unexpected situations may arise, but last-minute cancellations affect our scheduling and availability for other clients.
