PAYMENT POLICY

Our payment policy for bridal designers is designed to ensure a seamless and transparent transaction process for our clients. Upon booking our services, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment and initiate the design process. This deposit typically constitutes a percentage of the total cost of the bridal ensemble, as agreed upon during the initial consultation. Once the design is finalized and approved by the client, we require a partial payment to cover the cost of materials and begin production. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the bridal ensemble, prior to delivery or pickup. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms, to accommodate our clients' preferences. Additionally, we offer flexibility in payment plans for clients who require it, with installment options available upon request. Our goal is to ensure that our payment policy is fair, convenient, and conducive to a positive experience for our valued clients throughout the bridal design process.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy for bridal design services offers clients a grace period upon booking, during which they may cancel and receive a partial refund of their deposit. After this period, the initial deposit becomes non-refundable, compensating for the time and resources invested in the design process. Depending on the stage of production, clients may be eligible for a partial refund of additional payments made, although cancellation may not be possible once significant progress has been made on the bridal ensemble. We aim to accommodate unforeseen circumstances while ensuring fairness to our designers and artisans, striking a balance between flexibility and accountability in our cancellation policy.
