PAYMENT POLICY

To secure your bridal makeup services, we require a non-refundable deposit upon booking, typically ranging from 20% to 50% of the total service cost, depending on the package selected. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event, prior to the commencement of services. We accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers, to accommodate your preferences. Please note that any additional services requested on the day of the event may incur extra charges, payable at the end of the appointment. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid forfeiture of the deposit. Our goal is to provide you with exceptional bridal makeup services while maintaining transparency and professionalism in our payment process. CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise, and we strive to accommodate our clients while also maintaining the integrity of our schedule. In the event of cancellation, we require at least 72 hours' notice prior to the scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made within this timeframe may result in the forfeiture of the non-refundable deposit. However, we will make every effort to reschedule the appointment for a later date, subject to availability. If cancellation occurs due to unavoidable circumstances, such as illness or emergency, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
